More Detailof 100kg/h PET Infrared dryer :

1. There are the vaccum feeder to send the material to Infrared dryer .
2. There are level meter to measuring the feeding , while it is ok , the vacuum feeder will stop feeding automatically 
3. There are infrared lamps --- Lianda design inside the drum to dry and crystallized PET Flake or particle . The heating will be start from inner structure of the material molecule , it is a physical processing , so it won't low down the viscosity of the material 
4. The heating temperature can be controlled by PLC Touch screen . So Infrared crystal dryer also can be used for the material which needs low temperature dried material 
5. The Finish dried and crystallized material  which will be sent to the extruding machine line directly

• Infrared rotating drums IRD –  virtually unlimited and  plastics and other industries.

• drying of plastic pellets (e.g. PET, ABS/PC, PC, LCP, wood-PP, PP/PE compounds)
• crystallisation and drying of PET, PPS, PLA (reclaim/pellets)
• drying processes with high initial moistures > 1 %
• heating of pellets and reclaim before further processing (e.g. PVC, PE) for example to increase the extruder throughput
• heating processes for removing residual oligomeres and volatile components
• drying in the food, feed and pharmaceutical industries
• roasting of coffee beans.
